Hello again, Here is another Post to a How-To configure SQL Failover Cluster in a pure Windows 2012 environment.
This documentation assumes that you have already built the Windows 2012 Failover cluster.keep in mind, as long as you have any other solid windows Failover cluster configured , this document should work as well. As mentioned before, I used as a testing platform Windows 2012.
In a way, some people might be asking... "well why was this documentation not included with the windows failover cluster doc?". Well, establishing a proper windows Failover Cluster is a step on its own. you can go through a variety of different ways. CA's, Hyper-V to mention a few. So isolating that How-To and then building other ones off of that one to me just made sense.
I hope you find this documentation useful if not at least interesting.
Stay tuned for more as they happen :)
As always, if you have suggestions, comments etc. don't be shy!
